Springburn Farmhouse

Reservation and Booking:
To make a booking at Springburn Farmhouse, please visit our website directly. If you choose a refundable rate, no upfront payment is required. However, valid credit card details are necessary to guarantee the reservation. Payment for refundable reservations is due one week before the check-in date. We prefer online bank transfer for payment, but if you prefer to pay by credit card, a small charge of 2.5% will be added to cover transaction fees. For non-refundable rates, payment is due at the time of booking to secure the discounted rate.

Cancellation and Refunds:
For refundable reservations, you can cancel up to 6 days prior to the arrival date without any charge. If you cancel within 6 days of your arrival date, the balance due for the reservation is payable in full. A valid credit card is required during the booking process, but no charge is made at that time. We will contact you 7 days before your arrival to request payment through online bank transfer.

Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in time is from 3pm onwards until 8pm. If you anticipate arriving later than 8pm, please inform us in advance so that we can arrange self-check-in procedures. If you require access to the accommodation before 3pm, kindly contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. On the day of your departure, we kindly request that you check out by 10am.

Guest Responsibilities:
Pets are not allowed in the guest house; however, our self-catering cabins located adjacent to the house can accommodate up to 2 well-behaved dogs by prior arrangement. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the guest house. Guests who wish to smoke may do so outside the property where an ash bin is provided to the left of the front door. We kindly request guests not to smoke outside the bedroom windows located to the right of the front door.

Property Conditions and Liability:
Springburn Farmhouse expects guests to treat the property and its facilities with respect. Any damages or breakages caused by guests will be charged accordingly. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during your stay. Guests are advised to secure their valuables appropriately. Springburn Farmhouse shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during the stay. Guests are responsible for their own well-being and should take necessary precautions.

Force Majeure:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or any other force majeure event, Springburn Farmhouse reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings as necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to inform guests in a timely manner and provide alternative arrangements or refunds where applicable.

Termination of Agreement:
Springburn Farmhouse reserves the right to terminate the agreement and ask guests to leave the premises immediately if they fail to comply with the terms and conditions or engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior that affects the comfort or safety of other guests or staff members.
