Springburn Farmhouse offers elegant boutique style B&B accommodation, just north of Spean Bridge on the main route heading north from Fort William to the Isle of Skye and Inverness. We have extensive light and airy lounge and sitting areas with full height windows to take in the magnificent views.
We have 6 spacious and well-equipped twin, triple & king-sized double rooms providing all you could need to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable Highland break. All rooms have their own seating area to unwind with a drink after your Highland adventures. To ensure a good night’s sleep, we have sourced comfortable luxury mattresses and provide quality Egyptian cotton bed linens and the en-suite shower rooms are stocked with premium, locally made toiletries and deluxe fluffy towels.
Each room comes with a 32” Smart TV with Free Sat channels, plenty of USB charging points, free Wi-Fi, ample storage space we also provide mini bar fridges in each room to store chilled drinks and snacks.
Breakfast is served daily from 7.30am – 9am. We offer a wide and tasty choice sourcing our food locally where possible. You can enjoy a continental style breakfast including fresh fruits, yoghurts, cereals, croissants and artisan bread. A different hot breakfast special is available each morning using free range eggs from a local croft. All served with fruit juices, fresh tea and coffee. (Vegetarian, Vegan and special dietary requirements can be catered for with prior notice).
After breakfast you might like to visit Amber & Maisie, our pedigree Highland Cows. They are always pleased to see our guests, and it’s an ideal photo opportunity to remind you of your stay at Springburn Farmhouse. We also offer a range of artwork for sale based on drawings and paintings of our Highland Cows – prints, fridge magnets, ceramic tiles, coasters, chopping boards etc

Our Luxurious Self Catering Cabins
In 2021 we opened our first 2 self-catering cabins adjacent the Farmhouse followed by a third cabin in 2022. We’ve tried to think of everything you’ll need on your Highland holiday, so each cabin comprises
fully equipped kitchenette with fridge & ice box, 2 ring hob, combination cooker, kettle toaster and coffee maker with all pots / pans, crockery and glassware provided
en-suite shower room with premium, locally made toiletries and the fluffiest towels
comfortable full-sized double bed with quality linen and bedding ensures a good night’s sleep, as well as a futon sofa-bed suitable for the kids
42” Smart TV with free satellite channels; Bluetooth speaker; plenty of USB charging points and free Wi-Fi is provided throughout
Parking is conveniently located right beside your cabin
While both cabins are warmed by underfloor heating and electronic panel radiators, there’s nothing quite like the glow of our wood burning stoves to give you that special year-round cosy feeling. This continues outside on your own patio area, which is equipped with outdoor furniture, a BBQ and a fire pit, so you can spend more time in our fresh mountain air.
Our cabins are named after the iconic villages and town on the ‘Road to the Isles’ – Arisaig, Morar & Mallaig. The villages are famous for their white sandy beaches whilst Mallaig is the main fishing port & ferry terminal serving Skye and the Small Isles. They are around 50 minutes drivetime from Stronaba and are must-visit locations when staying with us.
All 3 of our cabins accept up to 2 well behaved dogs but please visit our ‘DOG FRIENDLY’ page for further information on bringing your 4-legged companions to Stronaba Croft Cabins
